Q: What happens if I can't attend the seminar I registered for?
A: If you can't attend the seminar you registered for, you may transfer to another seminar date in this series by e-mailing the Association at seminars@artsseminars.com or calling 213-484-8850 to let us know which seminar you are now registered for and which you want to transfer to.

There are no cash refunds.

Q: May I bring my scopist, proofreader, husband, boyfriend, etc., to the
seminar whether they need credits or not?
A: Yes. Anyone may attend the seminar so long as the seminar registration fee is paid for each attendee and they have been registered. If they are not an NCRA member, indicate "Non Member" in the space for NCRA number.

Q: I have to leave by a certain hour. Is that okay?
A: Absolutely. But you will receive .1 credit for each hour attended.

Q: Can I just walk in?
A: Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-serve, and space-available basis. We do our very best to accommodate everyone. There is an additional $25. fee for registrations not received within 10 days before any seminar.

Q: I sent my check in, but I haven't received a confirmation.
A: The Association does not send out confirmations. Your canceled check is your receipt.  However, be patient. Checks are deposited in weekly batches.
